Location : West Houston, Texas (On-site)

Compensation : $300,000 base + 25% equity from day one + full benefits package (relocation assistance available)

A thriving, well-established Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice in West Houston is expanding and seeking a highly skilled Oral and Facial Surgery Physician to join the team. Key Responsibilities

Provide full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery services in a thriving, patient-focused practice.

Collaborate with a team of dental specialists, medical professionals, and support staff to deliver exceptional care.

Build and maintain long-term patient relationships while upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Contribute to the practice's growth, reputation, and leadership in the West Houston market.

Required Qualifications

Completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency.

DDS / DMD degree and medical degree (required path includes DDS, medical school, 1-year fellowship, and 6-year residency).

Eligibility for licensure in the state of Texas.

Commitment to providing patient-centered care with clinical excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with prior clinical or private practice experience (compensation flexibility available for experienced candidates).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
