All-MD practice — no medically directing CRNAs or AAs

21 full-time anesthesiologists, 10 part-time anesthesiologists, and 3–4 dedicated anesthesia technicians

Partnership opportunity after one year

Dedicated pediatric and cardiac anesthesia teams who also share in the general work pool

Routine pediatric cases are available to all anesthesiologists

Production-based income, fairly distributed using a blended unit value derived from group production and our income guarantee

Several partners regularly exceed the top stated income

Call structure designed for lifestyle balance :

All call is taken from home

First call approximately every 14th night, with a guaranteed post-call day off

Second call approximately every 14th night

Active call market allows you to choose between more time off or higher earning potential

K-1 pay structure with enhanced tax benefits and personalized benefits flexibility

401(k) designed for maximum flexibility and individual control
