We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate General Dentist to join a busy and well-established practice located just one hour outside of San Antonio in historic Gonzales, TX .

$800K in annual production

700 new patients annually

Patient base : Adults & Pediatrics

Payer mix : PPO, Medicaid, Cash

Solo-dentist model with clinical autonomy

Compensation & Benefits :

Up to $25,000 Monthly Guarantee (based on experience / location)

Bonus opportunities above production goals

Full business support : Billing, HR, Credentialing, Marketing , and more

✅ Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active Texas Dental License

DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications

Proficient in extractions and endodontics

Comfortable treating patients of all ages

Texas Medicaid credentialed (or eligible)

Positive, team-focused mindset
