Experienced Commercial Roofing Field Supervisor

This position is paying $20 / hr to $38 / hr, based on experience. Reporting to the Service Manager, this position will supervise multiple service crews. This position will also be responsible for doing pre-job inspections, planning jobs for service crews and working closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for jobs.

Job Summary :

• Supervise multiple production / service crews
• Planning and executing a successful project
• Work closely with the Service Manager and Warehouse Manager in ordering commercial roofing materials for projects
• Responsible for maintaining a safe job site
• Daily communications with the customer and employees
• Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
• Responsible for maintaining and managing job paperwork
• Competitive pay range of $20 / hr - $38 / hr, based on experience
