Safe Step is currently seeking the right individual to coordinate installations with a strong skillset in handling customers, contractors, and interacting with sales team, accounting team and office team members.

The winning candidate will have outstanding office skills, a firm understanding of residential remodeling, and a highly developed ability to work well with various personality types. This role is approved to be Remote within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
• Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities
• Communicate production progress with customers throughout the process
• Develop efficient measures to achieve outstanding business practices
• Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands
• Maintain up to date product knowledge and industry trends
• Implement and maintain company directives and policies

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is $4,083.57 - $7,152.75. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
