As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rob Gleason - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Licensed NJ Property & Casualty producer with years of experience in insurance / financial services sales.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
