About the RN Residency Program Our June 2026 New Grad Residency is designed to support your transition from nursing school to professional practice. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and education in a collaborative environment that values compassion and excellence. Licensure : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and / or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
