Manager Clinic Operations at Providence Health and Services summary : The Manager of Clinic Operations oversees the daily functions of a medical practice, ensuring smooth physician relations, staff management, revenue cycle oversight, and operational efficiency. Description Under the direction of the Director of Ops / Clinic Director, the Clinic Manager II implements and is accountable to the Practice Operations Council (POC) and the Clinic Director. Working with the POC, the Clinic Manager II has full responsibility, authority and accountability for the performance of the assigned practice. Remains responsible for physician relations, communications, management of all non-provider staff (clinical matters will include direction from the affected provider), practice revenue cycle management, Site-Specific Action Plans (SSAP), physical clinic, operations, education and training, supply inventory, etc. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or Nursing from an accredited educational institution. 3 years of Healthcare experience. 2 years of Supervisory experience.
