Job description$30-35 per hour 401(k) with matching Paid time off (guilt free) and holidays Continuing education credits and paid training opportunities Professional development assistance, including expanded functions and anesthetic delivery training Paid travel opportunities Uniform allowance and license renewal reimbursement Employee discounts, including free dental work Medical / Vision Performance bonuses Engaging team-building events (e.g., murder mystery nights, winery outings, and gingerbread house competitions) Prepare examination rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment Assist the dentist during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring a smooth workflow Update and maintain patient dental records accurately Perform routine dental cleanings and assist with complex procedures Take and process X-rays Schedule patient appointments and advise them on recommended oral hygiene Take billing and insurance details from patients Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and support the team Excited to grow their skills and learn new ones Positive, team-oriented, and open to feedback Committed to providing exceptional patient care Creative and collaborative in a growth-minded environment $30-$35 / hour

Schedule : Full Time
- Monday-Wednesday : 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 10 PM
- Thursday : 8 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM
