Occupational Therapist

Hours per Shift : 8 hours, Monday to Friday, flexible timing

Experience : 1 year of OT experience preferred; new grads with Level II experience are acceptable

License : MO State License required

Must-Have :

• 1 year of occupational therapy experience preferred
• Long Term Care or Rehabilitation experience required

Description :

Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports.

Supervises Assistant and Aide staff as guided by governing board.

Designs and fabricates splints as specified by doctors' prescriptions.

Designs and administers treatment programs to increase patients’ levels of functioning.

Uses therapeutic exercises and activities to improve or maintain strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination.
