Overview

Paramount is seeking a Sr. Producer to contribute to its combat sports social media channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of MMA and Boxing, particularly UFC and Zuffa. They must have experience directly posting to brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube. They must be ready to create and distribute content right from the get-go with minimal oversight.

This candidate will report directly into our Sr. Manager of Combat Sports and work closely with our wider social media team. They will regularly collaborate with colleagues in Programming, Marketing, Production, and Communications to cover company priorities from our accounts. Further, they will be a key point of contact for our partners at TKO.

Responsibilities

Identify trending stories in combat sports, find unique ways to format them for social platform Build photoshops, memes, and short form vertical video from scratch Clip and post footage directly from live event broadcasts on Paramount+ Work directly with production to convert show segments and feature bites into impactful social content Help prepare and execute promotional plans for UFC Fight Nights, UFC Numbered Events, and Zuffa Boxing broadcasts

Qualifications

5+ years relevant of social media experience Extreme passion for combat sports Knowledge/grasp of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Premiere Team player mentality, ability to work with a diverse group of people Clear examples of posts that have driven high levels of engagement Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in fast-paced setting and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously Exceptional writing ability and a strong understanding of English grammar

CBS Sports Digital's multi-platform offerings include CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports apps for mobile and connected TV devices; the 24/7 streaming sports news network CBS Sports HQ; 247Sports; MaxPreps; CBS Sports fantasy games; and SportsLine.

Hiring Salary Range: $70,000.00 - 80,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
