Travel PT Inpatient / Outpatient job in Forks, WA offers a 13-week assignment with Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, and on-call required.
You will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role requires a current Washington PT license and experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. You will evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
