How you will make a difference

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at US Renal Care, you will play a vital role in a dedicated team providing compassionate care to patients with renal failure. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN), you will directly impact the lives of patients during their treatment.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Direct Patient Care : Engage with patients to deliver safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment. This includes collecting vital statistics, initiating and monitoring treatments, terminating treatment, and obtaining blood samples as per physician instructions.
• Technical Support : Ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatment by preparing dialysis machines, performing cleaning and disinfection, conducting machine safety checks, and maintaining accurate logs for quality control.
• Safety and Compliance : Utilize appropriate safety equipment and adhere to all relevant regulations and protocols. Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to enhance your skills.
