Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support our litigation efforts, focusing primarily on personal injury cases while also gaining exposure to defense litigation and general liability matters. This role is essential for ensuring the effective representation of our clients and the successful resolution of cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents for litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Attend court hearings and depositions as required
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
