Accounting Specialist

Small Huntsville-area business needs an experienced accounting specialist to join their team. Duties include :

• Accounts payable and invoicing
• Bank reconciliations
• Cash flow projections
• Data entry and spreadsheet management
• Handling deposits and making bank runs
• General administrative duties

Requires at least 3 years accounting experience, solid QuickBooks and Excel skills. Pay range $40-50K, depending on experience.
