Lead Full stack Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Technical leadership : Guide and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software.
• Full-stack development : Lead the design and development of end-to-end features, from backend services to frontend interfaces, using Java Spring Boot, Microservices, and AngularJS.
• Architecture and design : Define the architecture for scalable, distributed systems, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and enterprise standards.
• Integration and APIs : Drive the design and implementation of APIs and integration solutions, leveraging MuleSoft for enterprise connectivity and data flow.
• Rules engine management : Implement and manage business rules using a rules engine (e.g., Drools or similar) to support dynamic business logic and decision-making processes.
• Database management : Oversee database design, optimization, and management for relational databases (SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
• Agile collaboration : Partner with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
• DevOps and deployment : Own the application lifecycle, from development through deployment and monitoring, in a CI / CD environment.
