Job Summary :
Business Development Associate assists with identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue. Supports or conducts market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions. Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration and success.
Experience / Education Requirements :
- Minimum of five years' commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial and industrial construction equipment and techniques, drawings, specifications, component materials and required standards applicable to discipline.
- At least two years' experience in client relations, cultivating new and existing customer base.
- Strong organizational and research skills; excellent communication and interpersonal competency.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Flexible schedule and adaptability to changing business needs. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and ability to work flexible schedules, including travel regionally for project specific work.

Support the strategic growth and teams in new regions as directed by management.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Identify and research potential clients and markets to generate new business leads.Collaborate with the operational teams to create effective strategies for business growth.Analyze market trends and competitors to improve business strategies.Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for potential business engagements.Stay current with business development strategy training and trends; attend training and development opportunities to build experience and expertise.Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures and standards are always adhered to, including ensuring that safe practices are being followed during site visits.Represent the company both internally and externally in a professional manner consistent with our values and mission.Actively participate in progress, policies and initiatives designed to enhance the overall good of the company and corporation.Other duties as assigned.Why join our team :

This role will be fully in-office based in our Windsor Colorado office, requiring occasional travel. The pay range is $35.00 and $45.00 per hour depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
