If this sounds good to you, we have an opening for an experienced automotive Sales  Manager  that will support our Chevy North and VW locations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and Motivate Sales Team :   Support, train, and coach sales staff to achieve individual and dealership goals.
• Deal Structuring :   Assist sales consultants with structuring profitable deals while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with dealership policies.
• Performance Oversight :   Monitor sales activity, set clear expectations, and hold team members accountable to KPIs.
• Guest Engagement : Step in to support sales negotiations, resolve concerns, and build lasting guest relationships.
• Collaboration :   Partner with finance, service and management teams to streamline the sales process and maximize dealership performance.
• Compliance :   Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, dealership processes, and ethical sales practices.
