Responsibilities and Duties
Manage a daily caseload of 10 to 14 patients, serving all age groups (approximately 70% adults, 30% younger patients)Conduct diagnostic evaluations and handle new patient referralsReview patient histories and symptoms; perform Mental Status ExamsOversee medication management and develop individualized treatment plansEducate patients and families regarding diagnoses and care plansAssess and respond to crisis situations, including suicide risk assessmentsNavigate multiple scenarios in a fast-paced clinical environmentUtilize Smart Care EMR and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft programsAdditional Information
