Red Hat SME (Subject Matter Expert) is to provide technical, managerial, and administrative direction for complex systems, specifically focusing on Red Hat technologies like RHEL, Ansible, and OpenShift.

The core responsibilities involve :

• System Management : Installing, configuring, and maintaining Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers.
• OpenShift Expertise : Providing support for OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environments, including setup, validation, troubleshooting, and migrations.
• Technical Guidance : Offering recommendations and advice to customers on system improvements, best practices, and security, and helping them to refine their processes and procedures.
• Problem-Solving : Diagnosing and resolving issues within Red Hat technology environments and OCP infrastructure.
• Documentation : Creating and updating network diagrams, design documents, and migration plans.
• Communication : Effectively conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
