Job descriptionGather and empty trash and recycling daily Service, sanitize and supply restrooms Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming Refill supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance Clean common areas such as conference and lunch rooms, lobby and stairwells Dust or wipe down counters, tables and other surfaces in common areas Clean windows and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees Water plants weekly Prepare for tours and special events Perform other duties as assigned Minimal electrical and plumbing knowledge is useful At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous cleaning, custodial, or maintenance positions preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Some overhead lifting involved Full range of motion with no limits on grasping, standing, squatting, stair climbing, walking, etc. Work environment requires time spent outdoors in changing weather elements as well as in a vehicle Ability to work with all types to freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) Plan, Quarterly Bonuses, and more.

Job Summary
The Custodial Maintenance individual will maintain a clean and safe environment for all staff and visitors.
Hours and Wages
- Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM shift
- $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience
