Role of a Pest Control Service Manager at Fox

• Lead by example and integrate Fox Pest Control's core values into every aspect of the branch.
• Engage in all aspects of the pest control industry, including safety, technical, sales, administrative, and operational management.
• Collaborate with the branch manager, regional assistants, and service managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee, train, and evaluate a team of technicians to ensure high service standards are maintained.
• Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
• Take On Additional Responsibilities :
• Accept and complete other tasks as assigned to assist the branch.
