Job Description :

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or data analytics within the mortgage or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes, and regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and business process modeling.
• Experience in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
