Pay : $90,000 - $105,000 per year (DOE)

Schedule : Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM, 2 evening shifts (12 PM – 8 PM) per week required

We’re seeking a Clinical Director who thrives on leading with purpose to lead the clinical team at our OP / IOP / PHP clinic in Ashburn, VA . In this role, you’ll provide clinical leadership, mentor and develop therapists, and ensure the highest standards of care across our programs. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a supportive, growth-oriented environment that empowers both clients and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership :  Manage all aspects of the clinical department, including quality assurance, staff and program scheduling, and leading multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings. Serve on Ashburn leadership team to shape and implement priorities in collaboration with Clinic Director and other clinic leaders.
• Therapist Development :  Lead and mentor a team of therapists, fostering their professional growth through training, supervision, and ongoing support. Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment. Provide supervision for licensure. Manage internship program.
• Outcome Management :  Monitor and analyze program outcomes to drive continuous improvement, ensuring that our adolescents achieve their therapeutic goals and experience positive, transformative results.
