Job description

As a Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance Clinical Specialist I you will :

Develop and update compliance templates policies checklists and competency assessments.
Research interpret and link federal and state regulations accreditation standards and evidence-based practices to MedTrainer solutions.
Create healthcare policies and resources using both regulatory knowledge and AI tools.
Maintain taxonomy and metadata standards for efficient organization of compliance documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of compliance projects.
Take initiative to improve processes while adapting quickly to new priorities and technologies.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

Education & Certifications

Licensed Registered Nurse in Mexico (Required).

Bachelors degree in Nursing or related health sciences (Required).

Masters degree in Nursing or related field (Preferred).

Experience

2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital clinic or related).

Experience as a mentor supervisor or in clinical improvement projects.

Exposure to compliance or privacy programs involving regulations and standards of care.

Experience creating policies procedures or compliance documents (preferred).

Familiarity with AI tools for professional or personal use (preferred).

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations compliance practices and patient care standards.

Ability to analyze and apply regulations to develop actionable resources.

Excellent critical thinking attention to detail and organizational skills.

Fluent in English (speaking reading and writing).

Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.

Self-motivated able to work independently in a remote environment and accountable for daily progress.
