Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Intervention Specialist to join our team in Ohio for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting students with diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs across Elementary Setting.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Provide specialized instruction tailored to meet the unique needs of each learner.
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure coordinated support.
Utilize data-driven strategies and progress monitoring tools to guide instruction and inform decision-making.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all district and state compliance requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Special Education or a related field.
Current Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Intervention Specialist License (K12 or specific band) or eligibility to obtain.
Previous school-based experience preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Schedule :
Full-time, Monday through Friday
