POSITION DETAILS :

• LOCATION : Langley AFB (Hospital Dental Clinic) - 77 Nealy Ave, Hampton, VA 23665 .
• SCHEDULE : Mon – Fri : 6 : 45am – 4 : 00pm + 1hr lunch break
• PATIENT POP : Dental services to facility personnel & their family members
• PAY OPTION #1 (W-2) : $87.50 / hr + Full Benefits + AMG Insurance Coverage
• PAY OPTION #2 (1099) : $ 106.86 / hr + No insurance coverage & no benefits offered
• BENEFITS : 11 Paid Holiday Off Days + 10 PTO Days + 56 Hrs of Sick Leave
