With portable storage containers, customers have the flexibility to choose on-site storage, warehouse storage, local moving, long-distance moving or any combination. Our team of experts is available to help customers from start to finish with the goal of exceeding every customer’s expectations.

The Central Administration Supervisor is responsible for working behind the scenes to handle escalations, improve agent performance, and supervise the central administration team. This position is critical to the success of the call center and will be expected to work cross functionally and partner with other departments’ leaders to drive efficiency and production throughout the company.

  • Responsible for supervising and ensuring accurate entry of all required touch information adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Responsible for coaching and driving agent performance.
  • Aids in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures involved in promoting efficiency and timeliness of data collection and reporting
  • Advocates, promotes, and practices cultural sensitivity and responsiveness in all day-to-day interactions
  • Interpret and generate call central administration reporting.
  • Develops, promotes, and practices teamwork in all activities.
  • Assist agents while working with facilities to provide solutions and overcome customer concerns.
  • Take customer escalated calls.

Competencies / skills

  • PC proficiency with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel.
  • Must possess good judgement, leadership, and business skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workflow.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities.
  • Required education and experience

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. BS / BA preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven success in a customer service leadership role is a plus.
