Modernizing a trading platform, all client facing platforms

Need to know how to implement the framework from scratch :

1) Selenium / Cucumber (BDD / Gherkin)

2) SQL / NoSQL

3) Experience in Agile Scrum environments and familiarity with continuous integration / deployment tools.
