Program Manager
BETSOL is looking for energetic Program Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for successful initiation and management of strategic and improvement initiatives and large ongoing programs. These on-going programs will involve multiple projects along with operational components and require coordination with other programs.
This is a hands-on position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Position is located in Englewood, CO
Essential Job Functions
- Create and manage overall program plan across multiple Agile teams (Scaled Agile) preferably using JIRA.
- Coordinate across teams to drive outcomes and report progress.
- Lead key initiatives, such as Reliability Improvement, Feature Development that spans multiple teams.
- Support the establishment of SRE practice across multiple teams, in conjunction with the Domain SRE lead. Provide regular updates and ensure progress as per commitment.
- Be the contact point in Denver for Test Automation Device Farm administration (logistics, procurement) and liaise with engineering teams in American Fork (Utah), Foster City (California), and Bangalore (India).
- Operate under tight timeline, across time zones and teams in multiple geographical locations.
- Manage dependencies, risks and issues in the delivery using JIRA. Produce proactive mitigation plan and act upon it.
- Develop stakeholders’ map and playbook - defining the interest, governance needs, and communication across them
- Lead with data – leverage QoS dashboards, Ops dashboards, program management tools (JIRA, Kanban board, wiki) for daily work.
- Manage stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities
Establish and direct program governance, including charters for governing bodies, roles and responsibilities and escalation mechanisms.Track and communicate program and project performance, risks, impacts and mitigation measures; escalate as required.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Ensure all processes comply with enterprise standards and procedures.Required Skills and Knowledge
Minimum five (5) years of program / project management experience, leading small and large projects to completion on time, within budget and with originally planned scope.Excellent knowledge of JIRA with at least 2 years of working experienceExcellent knowledge of Agile and Scrum with at least years of working experienceBachelor's degree in business, public administration, health administration, information technology or related field.Familiarity with Change management and Change order processExperience with defect / issue tracking and resolution processExperience in creating and executing a program road mapAdditional Requirements

Master's degree in business, public administration, health administration, information technology or related field.Program Management Certification is preferred by date of hire / transfer.Demonstrated use of Lean / Six Sigma methods and practices; systems thinking expertise; group facilitation and consultative skills.Familiarity with video streaming applicationsFamiliarity with Cloud TechnologiesAre you a returning applicant?
