Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies aimed at meeting their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies : Employ evidence-based techniques to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate within Interdisciplinary Teams : Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers : Train patients and their families in therapeutic techniques that promote progress and empowerment at home.
• Monitor Progress and Document Outcomes : Keep precise records of clinical progress and adjust treatment approaches when necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
