Job descriptionOversee the IT, phone, and printer companies to ensure services are effectively provided according to business and contractual obligations Collaborate with the IT vendor to install software, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain PC and other devices Launch, train staff, and ensure successful integration and maintenance of Salesforce Support end and mobile users with company-wide technology platforms such as desktop, systems, iPhone / iPad, network, printers, and phones Provide general support and training on Microsoft Office 365, user setup, email support, Google Drive, and Salesforce database. Setup new workstation or computer needs for new hires, manage IT devices and computer inventory / supplies Manage the network including communication of outages and network issues company-wide Perform related desktop and IT support as needed Work occasional evenings and weekends as required
Position Requirements :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or closely related field; AND five (5) years of experience in the offered position or equivalent
