Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality veterinary care including diagnostics, treatment, and surgery
 - Lead, mentor, and develop veterinary support staff and fellow DVMs
 - Manage daily clinic operations, including budgeting, inventory, and workflow
 - Implement best practices to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomes
 - Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and referral partners
 - Champion a collaborative, positive clinic culture
 
Qualifications :
DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary schoolLicensed to practice in Mississippi (or ability to obtain licensure)2-5 years of experience in a leadership or senior veterinary roleExcellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day clinic operationsCommitment to continuous improvement and exceptional patient careWhat We Offer :
