Payroll Specialist The payroll specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll using ADP systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, compliance with federal and state regulations, and the ability to manage multi-state payroll operations. This role is temp to hire and will pay between $22 and $32 / hr. Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and weekly payroll through ADP, including data entry, validation, and transmission.
• Review and reconcile timekeeping data from systems such as Kronos before submitting to ADP.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure updates for new hires, terminations, and pay changes.
• Handle payroll adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and special payments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate benefits deductions and reporting.
• Support year-end processes including W-2 preparation and tax filings.
