Fraud Operations Team Lead

A company is looking for a Fraud Operations Team Lead (Night Shift).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Fraud Associates to investigate suspicious activities and protect the platform from fraud

Utilize internal and third-party tools to detect fraud trends and enhance security measures

Collaborate with internal teams to implement fraud prevention strategies and oversee team performance

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a Fraud or Risk Operations role

At least one year of experience in a leadership position

Strong analytical skills to detect fraud trends and recommend improvements

Critical thinking and investigative skills for enhancing fraud detection processes

Experience in the online sports betting or gaming industry is a plus
