Description :

Staff RNs are part of a team of caregivers who provide staffing support to a variety of units.

RNs are able to take assignments in general care units as well as in critical care units.

Assigned units will be within the RN's skill level and could include various medical and surgical units, as well as critical care areas.

RNs are supported by the leadership within the general care and critical care units and report to the Operations Center Manager.

RNs must demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative care environment and independently initiate standards of nursing practice related to assigned patients.

Candidates must have the ability to float to different units as needed.
