We are seeking an Employment Defense Attorney with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience to join our Charleston office. Position Overview

This position offers immediate hands-on responsibility in an employment law practice. The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload, with collaboration and support from experienced colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from inception through resolution.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in investigations, motion practice, and trials.
