We are seeking an experienced Senior Verification Engineer to lead verification efforts for embedded and mobile systems in the MedTech industry. The ideal candidate will drive verification strategies, manage a team of engineers, and ensure compliance with medical device regulations.

Your Role

• Lead Verification Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans for embedded and mobile systems used in MedTech applications.
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of verification engineers, promoting a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Test Development : Design and implement both automated and manual test cases for embedded firmware, mobile applications (iOS / Android), and integrated systems.
• Compliance & Standards : Ensure all verification activities align with relevant medical device regulations such as ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and FDA guidelines.
• Defect Management : Lead root cause analysis and resolution of defects, ensuring proper traceability and documentation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with software, hardware, and QA teams to synchronize verification efforts with development milestones.
• Tooling & Infrastructure : Select, configure, and maintain verification tools, frameworks, and environments to support efficient testing workflows.
• Reporting & Documentation : Generate detailed verification reports, metrics, and dashboards for internal teams and external stakeholders.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $86,900 - $192,460. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
