Job description

Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving digital strategy and execution across Texas and North American marketing teams. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills with expertise in CRM, CMS, SEO, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, social media, lead generation, and customer journey optimization. The manager will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to plan, execute, and measure digital marketing initiatives. Success in this position requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams, make data-driven decisions, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

What you bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 4-6 years of related work and people management experience.
  • A very strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure and deal with a frequently changing workload.
  • Proven team leadership, communication, project management, and organization skills.
  • Familiarity with lead generation practices, SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Strong passion and understanding of technology of all types, digital marketing, reporting, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer application skills with proven proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must have a technical aptitude to learn new and customized programs quickly.
  • CMS experience, specifically with Sitecore, WordPress, and common associated plug-ins.
  • CRM experience, especially with Hubspot, Pardot, and Salesforce.

    • Nice to haves :

  • Familiarity with basic HTML, survey tools, and common WP plug-in tools like Gravity Forms.
  • Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite of tools.
  • Use of Power BI or other reporting applications.
  • Automated mail merge experience and familiarity with Docusign tagging a plus.
  • Experience with Social Media platforms and Facebook Business Manager.
