Scope of Work :
The Incumbent is responsible for processing loan payments and disbursements, as well as, setting up new / renewed loan types. They also handle payoff quotes, loan maintenance and customer inquiries.
Essential Functions (3) :
- Processes all types of loan payments and disbursements including special handled accounts and processes loan maintenance on existing accounts
- Set up of all types of new and renewal loans on the core system
- Prepares and processes payoffs; responds to customer and branch inquiries
