Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk – Automotive Industry
Location: Phoenix, AZ area
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Compensation: $22–$24 per hour, DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time

In this role, you'll support the financial operations of the dealership by managing vendor payments, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in an office setting or administrative support role

• Strong organizational and computer skills


• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities Include:

• Entering invoices and processing payments


• Maintaining accurate expenditure records


• Verifying invoices against purchase orders


• Managing petty cash and reconciling vendor statements


• Preparing 1099s and assisting with month-end closings


• Supporting accounts receivable and other special projects


• Responding to vendor inquiries


• Maintaining a neat and professional work area


• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive dealership accounting strongly preferred


• Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus


• Proficiency with standard accounting and office software


• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• High attention to detail and accuracy


• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record


• Must pass a background check and drug screening (THC not included in the screen)
