Highlights
Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for a family medicine or internal medicine trained Advanced Practice Provider to work at our outpatient Internal Medicine Care, North practice.
- Patients aged 18 years and older
- A comprehensive and integrated electronic medical record system (EPIC)
