About the Role

You’ll support journeyman electricians to keep production moving, applying your growing craft skills to bend conduit, pull wire, and terminate motors with confidence and care. What You’ll Do (Day in the Life)
- Partner with journeyman electricians to help deliver production output across multiple industrial and food processing locations.
- Perform conduit fabrication and bends (using a Greenlee 555) and execute accurate pipe threading with Ridgid threaders.
- Pull wire efficiently and safely; complete clean, labeled terminations.
- Assist with motor winding understanding and terminations to spec.
- Work across GRC, ARC, EMT, Ocal, and stainless steel conduit systems.
- Keep work areas organized; communicate professionally with customers and crews.
Qualifications
Required : 3,500 hours minimum up to 7,000 hours with a California State electrical trainee card currently on record . Do not apply without this.Preferred : Apprentice schooling completed.Core Skills
Experience working in or around food processing and industrial environments.Competency in conduit bending and pipe threading (Greenlee 555 & Ridgid threaders).Confident, safe wire pulling techniques.Understanding of motor winding principles and performing terminations.Professional, conscientious approach focused on quality, safety, honesty, and competency.What We Value
