You’ll support journeyman electricians to keep production moving, applying your growing craft skills to bend conduit, pull wire, and terminate motors with confidence and care. What You’ll Do (Day in the Life)

• Partner with journeyman electricians to help deliver production output across multiple industrial and food processing locations.
• Perform conduit fabrication and bends (using a Greenlee 555) and execute accurate pipe threading with Ridgid threaders.
• Pull wire efficiently and safely; complete clean, labeled terminations.
• Assist with motor winding understanding and terminations to spec.
• Work across GRC, ARC, EMT, Ocal, and stainless steel conduit systems.
• Keep work areas organized; communicate professionally with customers and crews.
