About the Role
As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will play a leadership role in selecting, installing, configuring, and maintaining core IT systems that drive our business operations. You will provide both in-person / onsite and remote support to employees, ensuring seamless technology experiences across all locations.
This position reports directly to the Director of IT and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service.
This role is based out of Validity's Boston, MA headquarters. In-office attendance is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays of each week.
This role requires in-person attendance during the interview process. Candidates not within a commutable distance of Boston, MA will not be considered.
