The Vesta Group™ is leading the transformation of a 59-room boutique wellness resort in the Ozarks — a destination where design, nature, and hospitality converge.

From forest-view saunas and cold plunges to creative communal spaces, every detail is being reimagined to restore balance and inspire connection.

We’re seeking a hands-on General Manager (or Management Couple) who will live on-site , lead daily operations, and bring this vision to life.

This is a rare opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up and lead with heart, precision, and creativity.

🧭 Your Role

As the on-site heartbeat of The Forest Springs Hotel & Spa , you will :

💰 Compensation

Individual GM : $40,000–$80,000 base + on-site housing + performance bonuses

(Estimated total package : $60,000–$100,000+)

Management Couple : $60,000–$90,000 combined base + on-site housing + performance bonuses

(Estimated total package : $85,000–$115,000+)

🏡 Includes furnished on-site housing (valued at $18,000–$25,000) and performance bonuses tied to profitability, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
