We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join a mission-driven healthcare technology startup. Position Highlights :

Responsibilities :
Contribute to both front-end and back-end development efforts across the platformHelp define product requirements and write technical documentationCollaborate with designers, clinical stakeholders, and product leads to ship featuresParticipate in QA, debugging, and performance monitoringSupport the build-out of internal tools, dashboards, and scalable servicesEmbrace a generalist mindset and take ownership across a wide range of product areasMinimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field2-5 years of software engineering experience in a modern development environmentProficiency in at least one modern tech stack or web framework (e.g., Python, Ruby, JavaScript, etc.)Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionallyWillingness to learn new tools and technologies as neededAbility to work across the stack (front-end and back-end)Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in a startup or high-growth environmentFamiliarity with Ruby on Rails, AWS, or Next.js (not required)Interest or background in healthcare or related mission-driven fieldsDemonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and contribute to 0-to-1 product developmentExamples of entrepreneurial or side projects, especially those with customer-facing outcomesSoft Skills :
