Seafood Processor in Wilmington, Ca

Processors can be assigned to various positions within the production department including but not limited to butchering sorting filleting and case-up. Processors are also required to participate in plant clean-up and other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.

Essential Functions :

Work under all these conditions :

• Up to 16 hours per day with breaks 4 or more hours apart
• Up to 7 days per week
• In cold and wet environments
• Standing the entire time while also making repetitive motions using hands arms legs and back frequent rotations and twisting and bending at the waist climbing and descending stairs and occasionally sitting balancing stooping kneeling crouching and crawling
• Working quickly and in teams of processors and other employees while mentally focusing on the job the entire time!

Education / Experience :

Previous seafood industry experience is a plus. We also welcome employees with no prior experience or training.
