Position Title : Retail Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome customers to the Medicare Center and guide them to the appropriate services.
• Schedule and coordinate sales consultation meetings.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Collaborate with the Medicare Center Manager to ensure smooth operations and provide daily reports to the corporate office.
• Assist customers in person or via telephone, addressing inquiries and directing them to the right organizational resources.
• Create and maintain customer accounts in the CRM system.
• Set realistic expectations regarding wait times and available alternatives.
• Maintain inventory of sales materials, refreshments, and office supplies.
