Summary

The Occupational Rehabilitation Therapist delivers school-based OT services aimed at maximizing student independence. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing therapy plans, and tracking progress toward educational goals.

Duties

• Conduct assessments of motor, sensory, cognitive, and daily living skills.
• Create individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families and educators.
• Set functional, measurable targets for students.
• Document all therapy interactions.
• Maintain therapy supplies.
• Follow HIPAA and district policies.
• Complete ongoing administrative tasks.
• Stay informed on OT standards and trends.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
