Executive Assistant / Office Manager
We're looking for a part-time Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our Co-Founders and keep the company running smoothly. You'll own everything from scheduling and supporting the Co-Founders to making sure the office is stocked and humming. This is a great role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys variety, and wants visibility into how a startup operates.
What You'll Do
- Calendar + Scheduling : Manage busy calendars, schedule interviews and candidate loops, coordinate investor and team meetings.
- Recruiting Coordination : Help with outreach, candidate scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Communication : Draft and send emails, liaise with candidates, vendors, and advisors.
- Office Management : Restock supplies, manage food / snacks / coffee orders, maintain a tidy and functional office, and handle vendor relationships (including cleaning, mail, etc.).
- Event Logistics : Support team off-sites, visiting candidates, and investor meetings (onsite prep, catering, materials).
- General Ops Glue : Anticipate needs, stay ahead of small tasks before they become big ones, and document lightweight processes.
What We're Looking For
25 years as an EA, office manager, or startup operator.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, DocuSign, and similar tools.Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.A proactive doer who takes ownership and finds ways to make things run smoothly.Why Join
